This document functions as a checklist. It includes relevant steps and contacts across Tribal, federal, and state partners who may be involved in a health incident on Tribal lands that exceeds daily operations.

The Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Epidemiology Center (GLITEC) is able to provide buttons (pins), stickers, posters, and more items related to COVID-19, flu, and childhood immunization at no cost to all IHS, Tribal, and urban Indian (I/T/U) clinics in the Bemidji Area (Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Chicago).
